*We allow returns of our bags up to 10 days from receipt of your order.

*we do not accept returns on used bags or bags that have

been washed in a washing-machine.

*if a particular  feature of the bag is malfunctional upon arrival,

please email us directly (Sandboxandshore@gmail.com) and provide pictures

and a detailed description of the problem.

*we will handle such return requests on a case by case basis as each bag has already been checked and approved during the quality control process.

*Customer will need to pay for return shipping if returning a bag.
